Start with something specific

A useful experiment begins with a question that can be answered. Define the problem, assign an owner, and decide what evidence would change the next decision.

Make the comparison fair

Set a baseline before testing a new approach. Keep the scope bounded, record limitations, and measure the result against the original criterion.

Let the evidence decide

Adopt, iterate, or stop. A finding is useful when it informs a real decision, including the decision not to proceed. Our first technical report examines emotional continuity in Botfluencerz; the controlled behavioral comparisons it proposes remain future work. This is our developing model for experimentation.
